Well I survived the race for cancer with no pain. I think that is a great accomplishment. Yesterday I convinced my walking partners to take a road that I did not know where it lead. You all know me I am so into discoveries. So we walked down this seasonal road past Thatched roof cottages, farms with horses, peacocks, and then working our way to the mansions on the sea front. Past the Maritine college into Warsash. I thought it was a great adventure since a part of me is like all great adventures. I am not sure how my walking partners felt about it.
I have agreed to do a nine mile walk in Chichester with some friends on July 27th. I took today off due to our family schedule.

Walking friends have now recovered from our nocturnal ramble. Did you know we did nearly 4 miles! I don't think this is quite what is meant by 'recovery day' after a race. :-)))
